Please note the following regarding Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
We do not provide cash refunds; E-Vouchers with unlimited expiry, are issued for returned/exchanged items.
If you are unsatisfied with your full-price purchase, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery. Ensure the product is unused, with the price tag attached, and
accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Please note that custom orders are non-returnable. However, any complain with respect to customization issues will be addressed/rectified on priority.

For Complaints
We will exchange products with manufacturing defects or due to shipping errors on our part. Contact our customer service centre within 14 days of delivery via email at sales@kaamnoosh.com or by calling us at 0300-xxxxxxx. Provide pictorial proof/images of the defective product, and we will arrange a pickup from the shipping
address provided during the original order placement.

Regarding Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before processing by contacting our Customer Services Team. If the order has been processed, you will receive a notification via SMS/Email, and our ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply accordingly. KAAMNOOSH reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons like quality concerns, suspicious account activity, or unavailability of the ordered item in stock.
